Before & After Surgery
• Your surgical goals, with regard to both appearance and breathing. There is no set number for how many revision rhinoplasties one person can get. However, there is a finite amount that you can get effectively. Each additional nose job comes with additional complications. In a rhinoplasty consultation, the surgeon examines the inside and outside of the nose. The bones, cartilage, and breathing are evaluated. Digital photographs are then viewed on the computer. Having come to the decision to undergo a nose job and locating a surgeon they like and trust, some nonetheless find themselves nervous and scared about undergoing cosmetic surgery. This is perfectly normal. A third rhinoplasty can be done. However, multiple rhinoplasties increase the complexity of the surgery. The risk of scar tissue, the possibility of excessive removal cartilage and bone tissue, the chance of improper healing–all these increase with each subsequent surgery.Question and Answer
